We want you to love your Spacefetch purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
14-Day Returns for Store Credit
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
- Please note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, and all approved returns will be issued as store credit only
Your store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at hi@spacefetch.com.
If your return is accepted:
- We’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged, or
- You received the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to:
- Return your original item (following our return process)
- Use your store credit to place a new order once your return is accepted
Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your return was approved.
If approved:
- We’ll issue your store credit to the email address associated with your order
- Store credit will be valid for 12 months from the issue date and can be used on any item in our store
If it has been more than 7 days since we confirmed your return and you haven’t received your store credit, please contact us at hi@spacefetch.com.
